• Cloud-hosted: Our U.S.-based servers are redundant, compliant, and secured by the world’s largest cloud providers — Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform.
• Data encryption: Data is encrypted at rest and in transit for all our customers, and each customer’s data is logically segregated using a unique key.
• Secure development: The OWASP Top 10 methodology reduces the risk of vulnerabilities in our secure software development lifecycle.

• Threat detection: We’ve implemented automated monitoring, alerting, and response systems, as well as Intrusion Detection/Intrusion Prevention solutions.
• Penetration testing: We engage independent third parties at least annually to conduct application- and infrastructure-level penetration tests.
• Backup and disaster recovery: We back up customer data regularly and transfer it to a different region every three hours for additional protection. Additionally, we continuously test and validate our ability to restore data.

• Role-based access control: Account administrators manage team member access, and event leaders can manage attendee access to event content.
• Gated events and registrations: Event websites and registration can be gated through an identity provider (IdP) to ensure only the right people can access your event content. Organizers can enable SSO for attendees.
• Secure payments: Bizzabo complies with rigorous PCI DSS SAQ D V.4 protocols to ensure payments are processed securely.

• PII protocols: Our customers collect attendee information — some of which is considered PII. We protect participant data and only process it based on your needs. Data is securely deleted by request or when no longer needed.
• User authentication: We support the SSO/OAuth protocol to ensure strong login security.
• GDPR compliance: Bizzabo makes it easy to keep your event website and marketing communications compliant with GDPR requirements.
